This guide establishes design rules and conventions (DRCs) for the creation and use of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) for joint use by Partners exchanging data on the Network. The audience for this guide includes policymakers, schema developers, XML instance authors, and XML application integrators. This guide applies to all Exchange Network organizations and their employees.
