Schema 1.2 contains updates for TRI RY2005. Both the form and schema changes are listed below:

Schema namespace has changed from "urn:us:net:exchangenetwork:TRI:1:1" to "http://www.exchangenetwork.net/schema/TRI/1_2"

FORM CHANGE: Part I Section 4.6 (Lat/Long) 4.8 (RCRA IDs), 4.9 (NPDES IDs), and 4.10 (UIC IDs) are eliminated
SCHEMA CHANGE: NONE. Elements remain for backward compatibility

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 7A Column B, 64 Waste Treatment Method Code list reduced from 64 codes to 20
SCHEMA CHANGE: NONE. The data type is string with no restrictions and as such, will accomodate new 4 character codes

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 7A Column C "Range of Influent Concentration" eliminated
SCHEMA CHANGE: NONE. Element remains for backward compatibility

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 7A Column D changed from percent (decimal) to range code (string)
SCHEMA CHANGE: Added WasteTreatmentEfficiencyRangeCode element (string). Existing element remains for backward compatibility

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 7A Column D "Based on Operating Data?" eliminated
SCHEMA CHANGE: NONE. Element remains for backward compatibility

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 7C - The 16 recycling codes will be reduced and replaced by three new codes
SCHEMA CHANGE: Element OnsiteRecyclingMethodCode restriction has been eliminated.

FORM CHANGE: Part II, Section 8.11 — Additional, optional information (up to 4000 characters)
SCHEMA CHANGE: A new string element "OptionalInformation" has been added to TRI:Report
