In August 2005, the NOB ratified the Charter of the Network Technology Group and the Network Partnership and Resources Group. These two subgroups help the NOB execute its responsibilities through active involvement in the day-to-day work on the Network. The membership of each group is composed of Network implementers and advisors with relevant technical or policy skills.
