This document establishes exchange design rules and conventions (EDRCs) for the creation and updating of data exchange definitions and documentation for joint use by Partners exchanging data on the Network. Its audience includes schema and data exchange developers, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), implementers, and technical and business experts. It applies to all agencies and organizations involved with designing, developing, and implementing data exchange components for the Network.
