Exchange Network Leadership Council

As the primary leadership body of the Exchange Network, the Exchange Network Leadership Council (ENLC) establishes policy and strategic direction; anticipates resource needs and develops plans for securing them; oversees data standards development; connects the Network to broader communities of interest; and charters Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to create specific products, services, and deliverables for the Network.

The ENLC develops and maintains a Strategic Plan for the Exchange Network. This Plan establishes the strategic direction for the Network and codifies the ENLC’s commitment to building and implementing a state-of-the-art solution for exchanging environmental data and supporting better environmental decisions.

The ENLC’s membership consists of EPA and State Co-Chairs, and representatives from EPA, States, Territories, and Tribes.
